I am a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Far Eastern Federal University. Total experience in IT is 3 years and 2 months. Now I am in Georgia, Batumi. Open to work and relocation and ready to start ASAP.

My first commercial experience was as a Release Engineer, where I gained experience with the entire life cycle of deployment in highly loaded production systems. Through painstaking training moved into DevOps direction. While doing infrastructure work and troubleshooting, I had to communicate a lot with related integration departments and escalate managers about abnormal situations on a high-load industrial system related to personal loans, so I consider communication and collaboration my strengths. I am fluent in English with B2 level and have experience working on remote teams.

Previously, I have worked at Asian-Pacific Bank, Sberbank and then sharpened my skills in backend development and in DevOps at Practicum by Yandex, which I graduated in September 2023.

In May 2023, I managed a group project in which I was the team lead and primary developer responsible for creating the entire user management system.

PROJECTS

As team lead

The YaMDb project collects user reviews for books and movies.

User management system that is my area of work, includes development and implementation a registration and authentication system, management of access rights and permissions, work with token(JWT) and creating email confirmation system.

Furthermore, I was resolving merge conflicts of all the written code fragments to merge them into a common development branch. After code review we made minor corrections.

Stack: Python 3.9 Django 3.2 Django Rest Framework 3.12.4 PyJWT 2.1.0

As DevOps engineer

I developed and configured user-friendly Jenkins-job via XML config and Groovy to automate resource cleanup on remote hosts.

Business Value:

Previously, resource cleanup on remote hosts had to be manually performed by developers and takes them time and distracting from tasks, but now any user with system administrator grants can handle it through the Jenkins job. I automated the process by providing a dropdown list to select the desired hosts, each of which fit into one of the territorial areas of the bank. The business value of this project is clear, as it allowed the company to reduce vendor resources from 12 hosts to just 3, resulting in a 75% reduction in paid cloud capacity used. The risk of human error has been reduced as well.

I also participate in writing Python(Jython for IBM) scripts and add functionality to enable/disable logging, but that was not my primary focus.
